Can I walk to St Michael's Mount at any time?

No. The cobbled causeway is exposed at suitable low tides; boats serve other periods in their operating season. Use the Mount operator's dated visit information for both directions, rather than a general tide table alone.

Do the boats run all year?

The operator currently lists its boat season from 15 March to 30 October. Conditions can disrupt access, so check the current notice and your booked crossing before setting out.

Is Marazion Marsh a beach car park with a short walk?

The RSPB has no reserve car park. It points visitors towards nearby privately operated car parks; parking conditions belong to those operators. The reserve is a wetland visit in its own right.

Can I take a dog to the marsh?

Dogs may use the public footpaths on leads under the RSPB guidance. Keep them away from sensitive wildlife areas, and check the Mount's separate seasonal dog rules if combining the two.

Is the railway arrival at Marazion?

Use Penzance for the mainline rail arrival and arrange the onward journey to Marazion. For Artist Residence in Penzance, its operator recommends considering a taxi with luggage or the gentler route via Market Jew Street rather than the stepped Abbey Slip shortcut.
