The racecourse identifies Cheltenham Spa on Queens Road as the nearest mainline station, with a race-day bus connection. Check the service for your fixture; the station and Evesham Road racecourse are separate places.
The current operator guidance lists free public parking for most meetings but exceptions for November Meeting Saturday and the March Festival. Read the parking terms for your chosen date and follow the colour-coded route assigned to your pass.
The operator cancelled the last three spring fixtures for drainage work, but its current programme advertises the Showcase on 23-24 October 2026 as the new season opener. Check the current fixture notice rather than treating the spring cancellation as an indefinite closure.
