Does the seasonal shuttle remove the climb?

Do not assume it does. The National Trust lists a seasonal park-and-ride operated by another provider; availability and stopping points need checking for your dates. Reaching the foot of the hill is different from reaching the summit.

Is a nearby hotel enough to make the Tor accessible?

No. Assess the hill route independently of the bedroom. The National Trust describes surfaced paths and a bench partway up, but the climb remains a separate physical undertaking. Read its linked access guide and discuss your requirements before building the stay around the summit.

Should I plan a sunrise or sunset climb?
