Buses reach Holkham village, followed by the Park Road approach of about a mile to the hall. The bus makes a car-free outing possible, but it does not deliver you to the building.
Treat them as separate portions of the break. The beach is beyond Holkham village and the nature reserve, while the hall and Walled Garden lie within the park; the distance between them is meaningful.
