Bearsted and Hollingbourne are the railway options named by the castle; neither is the entrance itself. Route 510 enters the grounds on Saturdays, with a different roadside stop on other days. Plan the final leg and return against your date.
No. The castle interior is scheduled to close from 6 to 11 November 2026 inclusive. The fireworks weekend also has special grounds entry rules, so an ordinary autumn hotel stay should not be built around an interior visit then.
