No. Natural Resources Wales warns that Ynys Llanddwyn can be cut off at high tide. Check tide times for both outward and return journeys; if conditions are unsuitable, keep the outing to the forest and mainland beach.
The Animal Discovery Trail starts at Beach car park and is about 1.1 miles on forest roads and sandy, uneven tracks. It offers a shorter activity than the 4.4-mile Saint, Sand and Sea Trail, without promising a smooth pushchair route.
The Blue Flag beach section excludes dogs from 1 May to 30 September. On Ynys Llanddwyn, dogs must be on short leads and stay on marked paths from 1 April to 1 September. Other areas differ: use the current map at Beach car park.
