The house itself is unsuitable for wheelchair access. The visitor centre, shop, café and toilets are on one level, and part of the water-garden woods has an all-ability path.
Dogs may use large parts of the grounds and the café on a short lead, but only assistance dogs may enter the house. Dogs are not permitted in the Weehailes playpark or market garden.
