No. The Trust describes a coastal approach to the bridge with steps and uneven ground. Its access information says the first 0.5 km of path is accessible, then steeper slopes and two long flights of steps follow. The viewpoint can still be worthwhile if crossing is unsuitable.
Dogs on leads are welcome on site and in the tea-room, but the National Trust does not allow them across the rope bridge. A dog-owning group needs a separate plan for the crossing itself.
The bridge experience depends on safe conditions and a booked slot. If wind or weather closes the crossing, postpone exposed coastal walking as well. Use an indoor stop near your base or save this coastline for safer conditions, checking Trust notices before setting out.
