Pembroke is the nearest station listed by the National Trust, about six miles from the estate. Its visitor page lists the 387/8 Coastal Cruiser from Pembroke Dock and the Angle peninsula. The estate has multiple stops, so match the current route and return service to your chosen walk.
They are different parts of a large estate. The published Bosherston Lily Ponds trail starts at the Bosherston car park and leads through the lakes, while the Barafundle route begins more naturally at Stackpole Quay. Pick one main route if you have only a half day.
